Sinners and Snakes

OUR STORY

WHAT WE DO, WHO WE HONOR ...

David Coverdale was the lead singer of Deep Purple from 1973 to 1976 after which he started a solo career.

He started the band Whitesnake in 1978.

Whitesnake became considerably popular in the United Kingdom, Europe and Japan.

In 1984, the album "Slide It In" reached the US chart (#40).

The 1987 album with guitarist John Sykes sold eight times platinum, primarily through hit singles “HERE I GO AGAIN" and "IS THIS LOVE".

In 1989 Whitesnake's album "Slip Of The Tongue" is a huge success in Europe and the US. The up following world tour , during which the band headlined the Monsters of Rock festival, with Adrian Vandenberg and Steve Vai confirmed Whitesnake's reputation as a giant in the world of Hard Rock.

Coverdale is known in particular for his powerful, blues-tinged voice. SINNERS & SNAKES vocalist Ron Gershwin is known for a similar voice and also easily reaches the high notes. He has often been advised to honor David Coverdale in a Whitesnake Tribute and now is the time.

SINNERS & SNAKES honors David Coverdale's Whitesnake. Performed by the best rock musicians from the Netherlands and Belgium.  SINNERS & SNAKES are READY AND WILLING, as the 1980 Whitesnake album is called.  With a show full of guitar work and entertainment as was common in the Heavy 80’s!
